 TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR THOUGHTS:


Taking Control of your thoughts is not always easy, it takes strength. strength term is not only physically strong but is also relates to mentally strong.

But just like anyone can became physically strong likewise anyone can became mentally strong through out own efforts and practise At first taking control of your thought may feel difficult but it 'll begin to feel natural practise. As your Journey starts, through time you will find the practice of taking Control of your thoughts and fixing your mind on Goodness, Abundance And hope to be an essential part of experiencing the fullfillment your dreams.

 And while we cannot always handpick Our experiences and the circumstances we encounter, we can shape our circumstances to benefits ous with out thoughts so, Get to it ! 


How to control thoughts:


As we Know unwanted or Uncontrolled thoughts. can make us feel depressed or anxious. 

A Technique called thought - stoping can help us to stop Unwanted thoughts.


To Stop Unwanted thoughts you focus on thought first and then learn to say "stop" to yourself to end the thought. Then you learn to say it in your mind so that you can use these technique.


Excercise to stop Unwanted thoughts And have Control on your thoughts:-


- Set a timer for 3 Minutes.


-Then focus on your thoughts


- When the timer off shout "stop !"

{ This excercise we do by standing and saying "stop" loudly or clapping our hands and saying

"stop!". }


- This action and saying "stop" are the signals or signs to stop thinking.


-Then empty your mind & try to keep empty it about 30 seconds. 


-If the upsetting thought Come back shout ''stop! 

"again.


These will help you to control the unwanted thoughts and you will easily able to handle it.
